CEO & C-Suite Succession

We have worked with several organizations to identify success criteria, select and prepare future CEOs and other C-Suite executives.

We collaborate with you and your board to create CEO selection criteria, success standards and cultural fit indicators to maximize the likelihood of CEO success. We then conduct developmental assessments with any internal candidates well in advance (ideally years) before the position is vacated, allowing the greatest chance for your internal successor to be ready for the role. When the timing is right, we then conduct selection assessments on your final contenders and provide executive coaching to your new CEO, and team coaching to the senior leadership team.
